You can fill to the fill line marked on the container — no debris above the rim. Overfilled dumpsters can't be transported safely and we may need to make an extra trip, which adds cost. Level at the top is the rule.

The concrete washout is a sealed, EPA-compliant (SWPPP) unit designed specifically for concrete pour cleanup, slurry containment, and rinse-off. It's a contractor-grade B2B unit — not a general debris bin.

If the dumpster goes on your private property — driveway, lawn, or job site — no permit is needed. If it goes on a public street, your city may require one. We'll flag this when you book and help you figure it out.

We use plywood under the wheels for sensitive surfaces and place every dumpster carefully. Damage is rare, and we're fully insured if anything does happen. Just let us know your surface type when booking.

We need roughly 60 feet of clearance for the truck and roll-off to maneuver safely. Low-hanging branches, power lines, or tight gates can be an issue — mention any obstacles at booking and we'll plan accordingly.

Concrete, asphalt, gravel, and compacted dirt all work well. Soft or wet ground can cause the dumpster to settle unevenly — we'll use plywood boards for protection when needed. Just tell us what you're working with.

Clean fill is inert material — dirt, concrete, rock. Mixed debris is everything else: wood, drywall, shingles, furniture. Some landfills charge differently for each type, which can affect your overage rate. Not sure which category your load falls under? Call us before you fill.
